The insured is covered in its responsibility for causing economic losses, by affectation that their customers may have, generated by an error or omission and is manifested as an error in the dispatch, understood as the wrong shipment of goods and produce over costs.
Incorrect filling of B/L or AWB or Inland Bill of Lading due to errors and omissions:
The insured is covered in his liability for economic loss due to an incorrect statement or omission on his B/L, AWB, inland waybill or other contract of carriage or handling documentation.
Customs formalities due to errors and omissions:
Liability for the handling of customs formalities is covered if the insured acts under a contract of carriage which includes an order for the handling of goods at customs or customs declarations, or if he receives such an order for valuable consideration.
